The Employment Times, a free weekly help-wanted publication, serves all size employers in Maine and New Hampshire. We distribute our printed publication in Maine and New Hampshire.

Deadline
Our deadline for print ad submission is Thursdays at 5 p.m. Delivery of the publication begins on Saturdays and continues through Mondays at 6 p.m.

Office hours
Our office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday.

Web site
All ads submitted for print publication will be placed on our website www.employmenttimesonline.com at no additional cost to the advertiser.

Advertising agencies
Advertising agencies are invited to submit help-wanted ads on behalf of clients. We bill gross and agencies take the standard 15% commission rate.

The Employment Times will not knowingly print any advertisement that is illegal or misleading to its readers. All copy and type arrangements are subject to approval by the publisher. We reserve the right to classify all advertisements. We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement. The publishers assume no financial liability for typographical errors or copy omissions by the newspaper other than the cost of the space occupied by the error. All claims of error in publication shall be made by Thursday noon prior to the next week’s publication. If not made by that time, no claim shall be allowed for errors not affecting the value of the advertisement. Editorial and advertisement content are the property of The Employment Times. Unauthorized use is prohibited. The Employment Times will accept no cancellations after Thursday at noon.
